I first met him when he came to my house to do an appraisal. He is quietly spoken and has a gentle manner about him, along with being a very respectful man. What I particularly liked about him was the respect he showed to me when I was showing him around my house, and he asked if it was OK to enter the master (my) bedroom. He didn't just walk in. I was astounded and very happy with that, so thank you. Overall, he and Harry have been great during the whole process of getting my house on the market, during the Open Inspections (even asking if it was OK to put the air conditioning on), and finalising everything for the sale of it. (OK, there was an occasional light left on after the inspection but it didn't matter too much as I was going back to clean for the next inspection anyway.) Fadi is quick to respond to messages (except perhaps when he is busy with meetings, etc, but he does respond eventually without me having the chase him up, unlike other agents I could mention!!). Although we were both disappointed with the low amount of groups coming through the Open Inspections, we got there in the end after seven opens and a private inspection - all up, four weeks!
