I interviewed 3 Real Estate Agents when I was looking for advice with regards to selling my property. He did not pressure me to get my house ready for sale before I was ready. Once I called him to let him know he could commence marketing my house, he arranged an off market open, which produced 2 offers. Within 7 days a contract had been signed and since that time Jimmy has kept me up to date with the progress of the finance approval for the purchaser. So within 4 weeks I now have an unconditional contract and settlement in 2 weeks! I could not recommend Jimmy Wu and Boffo RE highly enough to any potential seller or purchaser.

I actually interviewed four agents. It came down to two which was Fadi and a female from another company who had been recommended from friends who were happy with her work. I liked Fadi from first conversation over the phone then when we met he was just so warm, friendly, knowledgeable and still very professional. We wanted the person who buys our house have an excellent stay there, I am sure by the efforts of James it would be so. He suggested an excellent conveyancer who was good and the whole process went very smooth and nice. When we started the process we were wondering whether we will break even or not and may have to put the property on rent which was the last thing we wanted to do, but James turned around the whole situation and resulted in an excellent sale. Even though the rising markets were also helpful the effort of the individual needs to be appreciated.

I have been investing in property for over 20 years now, with multiple properties in every state of Australia and Scott is the best manager I have ever worked in this time.
